Shipping Damage
If there is apparent damage to the shipping container, do not sign for it unless you inspect it to
insure the contents are not damaged. We have no way of proving that it
was damaged by the shipper if you accept it. |

- Please insure your item is returnable, see

- Returnable items must be in new and
resalable condition.
- Returnable items must be sent in the
original carton, re-packed very well and must include original
receipt of purchase.
- Customer must provide adequate insurance on
returned items.
- Returnable items must be shipped
back within 10 days of receiving merchandise.
- Shipping, Ebay or Paypal or
handling Fees will be deducted from your purchase price to
arrive at your store credit amount.

instructions are published on the website. It is important
that you read these before ordering to insure these items fit your
needs.
We reserve the right not to issue or
process your credit in the event the returned product is received in
unsatisfactory condition.

Why an R/A?

Obtaining a Return Authorization number is
important in order to process your request. No returns will be
processed without a Return Authorization Number.

Returned merchandise takes up to six weeks to
receive, inspect, process and issue a refund. Deviations from
our return policy may trigger a re-stocking charge and/or add
time it takes to receive a refund.

Merchandise needs to get returned to the
correct warehouse. Who processes your return depends on
your type of purchase. Please insure that you verify the
correct return-to address when requesting an R/A.
