Adjustable Bed Shipping Information

We ship via White Glove In-Home delivery services.  Please allow 3-6 weeks for shipping based on your location.  Rural areas may take a bit longer.  Shipping and In-Home White Glove Delivery Service  includes in home set-up on first or second floor. Please inquire about additional charges for third floor or above. Shipping is quoted for most areas of the 48 contiguous states; remote locations, islands or peninsulas may incur additional surcharge- please inquire. In cases where an appointment is made for delivery, a re-delivery fee will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment. For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Canada-- please inquire. Please allow approx. three to six weeks for delivery (depending on where you live).

We will inform you of the date the product was picked up by the delivery company.  Please do not call the shipping company to inquire of a delivery date.  In-Home delivery is a time consuming process that requires VERY careful planning.  Very concise planning involved in them getting your bed to you. The delivery company cannot deliver the bed until they have a trip scheduled to your area.  They will call you BEFORE they load their trucks to set up a time for delivery. A re-delivery fee will be charged if you miss your delivery appointment.

Installation includes a two-person team to deliver and set up of your new bed — installation ensures your bed is set-up properly and is ready for you to sleep in. For insurance purposes, the delivery company is only allowed 30 minutes in a customer's home. Should you have any questions regarding operation of your new bed, please see the operating manual or give us a call.  The installation team, cannot train customers on the operation of the bed.
